Generated designs
Emblecraft creates symbolic family crest designs from the information you provide. You may use downloaded designs for personal projects, gifts, and other lawful purposes, subject to the purchase terms that apply to your order.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information and materials you provide, and for reviewing a design before public or commercial use. Do not use a design in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Limits of generated content
Generated designs may include common symbols or elements similar to existing artwork. We do not guarantee that a design is unique, registrable, or an official or legally recognized coat of arms.
Public gallery
Emblecraft may display generated crests in a public gallery for presentation, inspiration, and promotion. Gallery entries will not include account, order, email, or private-note information. Limited descriptive information, such as a surname, style, or selected values, may appear. Contact [email protected] to request hiding, de-identification, or removal where applicable.
Purchases and changes
Credits, digital downloads, support, and any applicable refunds are provided according to the offer and checkout terms shown at the time of purchase. We may update these terms when the website or its features change.
