Generated designs

Emblecraft creates symbolic family crest designs from the information you provide. You may use downloaded designs for personal projects, gifts, and other lawful purposes, subject to the purchase terms that apply to your order.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information and materials you provide, and for reviewing a design before public or commercial use. Do not use a design in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Limits of generated content

Generated designs may include common symbols or elements similar to existing artwork. We do not guarantee that a design is unique, registrable, or an official or legally recognized coat of arms.

Public gallery

Emblecraft may display generated crests in a public gallery for presentation, inspiration, and promotion. Gallery entries will not include account, order, email, or private-note information. Limited descriptive information, such as a surname, style, or selected values, may appear. Contact [email protected] to request hiding, de-identification, or removal where applicable.

Credits

Purchased and promotional credits do not expire while your account remains active. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are used when you start an eligible generation, preview, or download action. Viewing your history, viewing orders, and downloading an already completed kit do not use additional credits.

If an eligible operation fails before a usable result is delivered because of an Emblecraft service error, the credits charged for that operation may be returned to your account. Credits are not returned solely because you change your mind or are dissatisfied with a successfully completed generated result.

Refunds and payment reversals

You may request a full refund for a credit pack within 7 calendar days after payment, provided that no credits have been used on the account after that purchase. Any credit use after the purchase makes the credit pack ineligible for a standard refund. Partial refunds and refunds of promotional or welcome credits are not available.

Requests must be sent to [email protected] with the account email and order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, unauthorized payments, service failures, and refunds required by applicable law may be reviewed separately.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, Emblecraft may remove the credits granted by that purchase and restrict further credit use while the payment is reviewed. Credits may also be cancelled when an account is deleted or terminated for fraud, payment abuse, or a serious violation of these terms.
